We waited nearly an hour at the airport for our shuttle, and after calling three times, a shuttle finally came, but then took us to the wrong hotel. There is a mixup somehow with phone numbers.
When we finally arrived at our hotel, the staff seemed unconcerned, and then denied that we even had a reservation. We showed them paperwork, and then they found our room. The rest of our party ( separate room), had the same experience several hours later, with “no room available”, even though we had checked their room when we arrived.
It was nice to have a shuttle to take us to dinner ,and we asked for the correct return call number. After dinner ,we called the given number, and the wrong shuttle arrived. The driver (all the shuttle drivers were exceptionally cooperative and kind) nicely took us to our hotel.
