Love staying here. Have been staying for years and will continue to be back. Staff is courteous, breakfast is simple but good enough and the roooms ar me nice. Are us also walkable and great safe are.

Staff was wonderful! Very pleasant and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately it rained so we couldn’t enjoy the pool/hot tub but everything else was great.

Location was nice. Less than 10 minutes to restaurants, shops, pier and beaches. Booked as it included airport shuttle. Disappointed to find out it was not LAX but the Long Beach airport and had to pay $80 for a transfer to Pacific Inn. Property could use renovation, however, if you want a retro nostalgic vacation from a 1970's tv show, this is the place to stay. Breakfast is included and has a wide variety, located on the 3rd floor, beside rooms, which was unique. Parking on site.

Really appreciated that the hotel offered shuttle from airport. Driver was very nice and helpful. Hotel room had a lot of extra space, clean, and comfortable. Hotel was close to lots of restaurants/fast food so getting dinner was easy. Had many different options for the free breakfast.

Location is half a mile from the beach with an easy walk down a street with some great stores for shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly. For a beach hotel, this place felt pretty clean. Our room was a nice size - king bed, pull out couch, jetted tub, balcony and a safe. Breakfast was decent.
All and all, I would recommend this hotel.

Great location a very short walk to Main St. this is a step back in time- quaint shops and tasty restaurants plus the beach is at the end. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Ladies at the desk very friendly. My complaint is the mattress definitely needs to be replaced

This hotel is a great spot. I loved the hot tub and the balcony. The staff was amazing and let us keep our bags there for a couple hours after check out so we could go explore without dragging our stuff around. Wonderful place!
