This is a lovely hotel- especially the common area/lobby. Wish that take advantage of the big space and offer breakfast!

The property is great with all of your basic amenities… Very convenient location on the 30A and walkable to shops. It’s not crazy close to beach access but parking at the hotel is a breaze. The only downfall is the hotel feels like poor construction so you can hear everything through the walls and the floors. But We will still be coming back for sure!

Brand new hotel on highway 30A. We stayed there for the 30A Songwriters Festival. Very nice hotel convenient to festival venues, Seaside, Watercolor and the beach. Good value compared to nearby resort hotels and condos. Housekeeping service only offered every 3 days but this was fine. Nice coffee shop right across the parking lot.

The hotel is new and nice. The staff is Great! We found food in the refrigerator from the previous guest which makes you feel like it wasn’t a thorough cleaning.

We LOVED staying here! Perfect getaway! The rooms are the perfect size with full size refrigerator, microwave, sinks, coffee station. They have a little small general store that has a variety of snacks, frozen meals and Starbucks! Great shopping and restaurants just located right out the lodge doors. I was so excited to fine this lil gem! Pool was heated and beautiful!
Overall very accommodating and friendly atmosphere! Big lobby area that offers a lot of options for seating.

We stopped here during Seaside’s offseason. The lodge is beautiful and spacious. We had a lovely stay in a great, clean room. Looking forward to coming back!

The bed was more comfortable than mine, interesting roomy area, we enjoyed the gym and the hang out lobby. Hotel is hard to find down a long tiny road but not far from the public beach.

The Lodge 30A is 8 months old and is a fabulous addition to 30A. A reasonable price compared to Watercolor resort and home rentals is nice. The Lodge 30A is not on the water but has a pool and is centrally located in Seagrove Beach near Seaside.
