5* experience - stayed with a friend for 3n 3 rounds of golf on the excellent East & West courses. Room was great, spacious and excellent amenities and turn down service. All rooms seem to have a fantastic sea view which is lovely. The outdoor pool was cold and not heated but the spa made up for this with 4 outdoor hydrotherapy pools and a superb indoor lap pool. Excellent (huge) steam room with saunas in respective changing rooms. The service at all bars and restaurants was outstanding - the fresh fish options at Amare were great, and all dishes were excellent. At the bar, restaurant, reception and club house all staff were friendly and helpful. The golf courses were in good condition, East with more hazards and nice layout and the West with more signature holes along the coastline. Few things for improvement with the golf; Carts had no gps - would expect it 2/3 days no starter at the hut Distance markers not very clear No drinks buggy service in 3 rounds! No halfway house Clubs not cleaned Golf clubhouse closed for refurb Course was quiet in April which was a bonus - rounds within 4 hours for 2 with a buggy. However post round drinks at the hotel terrace were fabulous. 3 great restaurants, casual bar, hotel restaurant and Amare beach restaurant. Not much to do locally without a car and travelling at least 20 mins to nearby towns - however the hotel is a perfect resort location for rest & relaxation, golf or spa. Appeared to be good facilities for kids with kids club with small pool, basketball, volleyball, football, tennis and an imported sandy beach (rest is rocky). Would happily return!

Amazing hotel with great personal service with the special detail which makes the stay memorable. All departments were great from the room service, the sports service, the restaurants, the kids club…. We also loved the Mixology Class by Christian 🥰

Unreal martini! Experience and view is fabulous!!!!! Wait staff has everything you want! The view of the beach is unreal! The snacks are divine. The staff is even better! We will definitely be back! Perfect, 😍 perfect, perfect!!! Will be back!

Best Martini!! The service is exceptional very personal and very welcomed. You feel at home while you are here. You can ask any server a question and if he or she doesn’t know the answer then he or she will find someone that does. Very accommodating and will move mountains to make you are taken care of. Very good for small groups and any honeymooners out there!

Daniele was great. A wonderful way to spend an hour and we learned a lot. And drank a lot more...who knew that marmalade.and gin could be a hangover cure? We tried the breakfast martini, aglia (Sicilian tequila, agave, lime juice and Cointreau) and lavender (gin, lavender syrup and vermouth). Plus Amara

Cristian and his team is exceptional. Super friendly, efficient and professional. The team makes you feel like at home, service is brilliant. I recommend to have some nice drinks on the terrace while enjoying a great sunset. Sicily in my heart forever. I will come back for sure Thanks for the wonderful time.
