Lovely stay, room is a bit basic but everything else we loved. Not all staff speak English but we still loved it and had some good laughs trying to communicate. Food and beers were fantastic, would stay again

A jewel in the middle of nowhere. Everything is fine, restaurants have a good atmosphere. Prices include breakfast, but are actually a bit too high vs comparable houses. If you are out for sports or Lüneburger Heide, it's a good place to choose.

Horrible. Sauna is there, but they don't turn it on if not enough people wanna in. Food is so slow at lunch and dinner that people starve. No fridge in the mini bar, and the service is something to be desired. All in all, a bad visit

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gut gelegen mit einem tollen Service.Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Wellness Bereich ist super. Das Essen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Rundum war es ein schönes Wochenende. Sehr zu empfehlen. Kleine Kritik, der gewünschte Kaiserschmarrn wurde nicht mehr serviert, weil wir ihn erst eine Viertel Sunde vor Ende bestellen wollten

Ein vornehmes Hotel in guter Lage, nahe dem Bahnhof und der Stadtmitte, Wanderwege unweit vom Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein Wasserkocher im Hotelzimmer - gerade in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie - ist heute fast selbstverständlich, wir mussten aber nach einem fragen und bekamen dann auch. Etwas kleinlich ist der kostenpflichtige Handtuchwechsel, normalerweise gehört ein Wechsel der Handtücher durch House Keeping zur Zimmerreinigung ohne Extrakosten.

Die Gerichte der schwedischen Woche waren großartig. Besondwrs die schwedischen Pommes :) Alles sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren zu viert hier und haben ein total nettes Serviceteam, lecketes Essen und gemütliches Ambiente erlebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bitte weiter so!

Hotel und Umgebung ist gut und sehr ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet ist toll und reichhaltig. Für eine Wochenendreise sehr zu empfehlen. Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sehr freundlich.
