There was hair all over the shower and floor. It obviously was not cleaned. The ac was not working. The room smelled like must and mold. Each time I stay there is always something bad. I would never reccomend

Very clean and quiet property. Parking was easy. Digital key did not work upon arrival but contactless check in was completed.

This hotel should not be part of Hilton family!!
It’s in an unsafe area and the condition of the hotel is awful. We had a two queen room , when I sat on the corner of one of the beds,the entire thing flew up 2 feet in the air.
Also, our room smelled of vomit.
Will make me very Leary of staying at a Hampton Inn ever again. As a data point…..last year we had over 30 hotel stays.

My wife and I were biking the Erie Canal Trail when we stayed here. The hotel is not far off the trail and it is within close proximity to get something to eat.
