希爾頓惠庭硬件設施普遍較新，服務管理水平比較穩定。內部設施定位中檔家庭出遊，冰箱、微波爐、鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全。停車免費。疫情期間，早餐可以拿回房間或外帶，而且安排了一樓，取餐方便，服務很人性化。

Check in had a little mishap but that was on my end. The lady at the front desk and manager were able to help and solve this issue. The room was perfect for us, a family of 5, and it was nice and toasty since it was -6 outside. Would definitely stay here again.

The room we got feel like it was a real apartment studio with full size refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Wifi connection was strong, and location was perfect for shopping and variety of restaurants. It is also a plus to have it near major highway like 290 and I-90. I have to make an improvement; I would replace the full bed with queen-size bed. Breakfast was good with lots of coffee and juices.

The fully equipped kitchen in the was awesome especially for what we paid for the room. The staff including everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff gave superior customer service. The only con is the free breakfast left much to be desired. Everything considered I would definitely book again.

I had food in my microwave. Also when I asked for towels no one ever showed. But overall stay was good I would be back because I didn’t have a bad experience.

As usual, I love Home2 Suites. Staff is pleasant and available and knowledgeable. Breakfast is generous and has many options.

Decent place. Staff was friendly & helpful. Unfortunately there was a little girls Bday party there the same time as us so the pool area & breakfast area was super crowded and loud. My daughter was excited to swim but the pool was so cold she very disappointedly changed her mind. No hot tub either.

Property is pretty outdated. Rooms are dirty & not well kept. Definitely not going returning.
