"Perfect stay! This accommodation is in a quiet area and very close to the bus station, with many high-frequency bus lines that take you directly to downtown in 20 minutes. The room is clean and organized which really reminded me of my previous student accommodation haha. The staff are nice and helpful, and you can also store your luggage at the reception without any charge. And what I really want to mention is the breakfast! It has many options and food at fresh made. The only downside is that the room doesn’t have a hairdryer provided, you have to borrow one at reception. But it has high possibility that all the hairdryers might have already been borrowed if you come a bit late."

It provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. The combination of comfort, thoughtful service, and a prime location makes it a top choice. We will definitely be staying here again when we return!"

"Wonderful location with an adorable room. I also bought a some food for a pack lunch for a tour the next day but there wasn’t a fridge and the staff was super helpful by keeping the food in a fridge until the morning for me."

"Clean and comfortable hotel. Super convenient with McDonald’s and M&S right next door, and a bus stop just 3–5 minutes away. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the city but still have easy access to the city centre by taking the bus."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. The location is great for Morningside. Bit farther to get to Edinburgh centre but there's a bus stop right opposite that takes about 30 mins. Staff were friendly and solved any issues I had. Jake in particular was very helpful."
