Absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Cristoph was extremely kind and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for food and things to do in the area. My room has a balcony with breathtaking views of the snowcapped mountains. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Absolutely no complaints. A wonderful stay all round.

What a wonderful hotel! Perfect location on the pedestrian street. Lots of nice touches including noise cancelling windows, actual soap in the shower (instead of those those tiny soaps), comfortable beds, nice artwork throughout the hotel. Excellent service especially from Ciprian. He was extremely helpful on several occasions. They also have their own parking space in a garage - it is very safe as it is literally an one car garage. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We live in Europe part time and travel Italy and the Sud Tyrol often. We rarely write poor reviews for hotels because most hotels are small and do try their best. However our recent stay at the Europa Splendid earns a average to poor rating. It started with our 1st bathroom...when the shower drain would not drain and the shower door fell off it's sliding hinge and hit my wife in the head. The next room was a bit nicer but that bathroom smelled like a sewer. Assuming it was sewer gas due to old plumbing we closed all the drains as best we could and left the fan running all night with little relief. The response from the desk...maybe it was the change in the weather....sorry nothing we can do. We get it, they were busy, they were running out of rooms, but their responses could have been much better....especially for our premium price. On the positive side...the breakfast was great and you can order off a proper menu. For us however, never again.

We had a very good stay at Hotel Europa Splendid. Very nice and friendly staff. Hotel is very clean and in a great location. Comfortable beds and a very clean room in general.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zimmer sind sauber und angenehm. Betten und Qualität super. Hotel selbst etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hatten einen kleinen Balkon zur Straßenseite. Toll. Frühstück auch sehr gut. Einfach weiter zu empfehlen. Preislich ist da der einzige Schwachpunkt, da der Preis relativ hoch war.

in questo hotel c è un bel bar all interno. le stanze sono carine, dipende dal prezzo, abbastanza costoso, però pulitissime la colazione non molto varia ma di ottima qualità. il direttore simpatico e anche le ragazze alla reception. la cosa interessante di questo hotel è la posizione centrale e i fiori freschi,che io personalmente adoro. se dovessi tornare a merano, non tornerei in questo hotel,rapporto qualita prezzo troppo caro.
