Premier Inn Scarborough (North Bay)

Absolutely fantastic front of house staff , very welcoming, nothing a problem, fantastic at breakfast as well.

A/C started around 1am and was very loud and my 77 year old mother in ill health could not sleep from 1 am as the noise was excessive. The fault is known to the management team and is a very bad customer experience if you stay in this room

stayed here friday 19th April, yet another comfortable nights sleep, clean room, lovely shower, breakfast quality 10/10 as it was previously when we stayed. many thanks to all the staff especially Elliott who was superb and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We know we’re going to have a stay of a reasonable quality and cleanliness by staying at a branded hotel, but this visit was great! Such friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The only issue we had was that our daughter’s bed hadn’t been made up - it was still a sofa, apparently this was due to a new system not alerting the hotel that it was needed. The member of staff who remedied it was super efficient, and throughout interacted with us - telling us about local attractions. Breakfast was yummy, with plenty of options and nothing ever seeming to run out, except tables - everyone seemed to come down at once and reception was full of people enjoying a coffee/juice until a table became free. Due to the time of year we visited and securing a non-flexi rate we stayed for £35 per night, I believe this jumps to over £110 in peak season.

Stayed here quiet a few times and never disappointed, love friendly staff, rooms very clean and the beds are the best beds we've slept in . The breakfast was very nice everything you could want . Parking was very reasonable £6 for 24hrs .

As always the room was clean & very very comfortable! We have stayed in many premier inns around the country. Purely on the hotel side of things this was by far the best experience of them all. George & the whole team. (bar one) were all very welcoming. The meal deal was very god value for money. The choice for breakfast & the evening meal was extensive & very good quality! Then you in particular to George, Dan, Elliot, little Megan & bit bigger Megan. You were amazing! Sean, Gina, Ken & Val. X

Clean, bright and comfy. Very clean everywhere in the hotel. Staff are super friendly and really helpful. Really comfy bed and fantastic night sleep. Location was great and quiet with a big car park..

The hotel is very comfortable with friendly and efficient staff. We really enjoyed our two nights stay. The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We will certainly stay here again if we return to Scarborough.

Stayed on Sunday for a single night but not allowed into the room until 3pm, unless I paid another £10.00. As I arrived around 1.30pm I thought this was excessive and did not pay. When allowed to our room it was clean and tidy. The outlook from the window was over the bins and air conditioning units but looking beyond this we did have a view of the castle. If the price was right I would stay again
