This was a very pleasant experience for a 4 night stay. Quiet, relaxing, transportation provided throughout property and to beach club. I could see food options getting old if you were staying for a week. Food overall was enjoyable, as were the drinks. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I believe this resort will only get better as it has more years of being open and a chance to improve upon customer feedback.

Beautiful hotel. Quiet secluded location. Friendly staff.
Lost one star because I got horrible food poisoning and was charged $50 for a box of gravol/dramamine.

Unique, great for families, children, all ages. Beautiful resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Heated pools. Lazy river. Good food.

Tranquil and secluded, classy but down to earth guests. Buffet food was good but somewhat hit and miss. The terriyaki restaurant was quite average food but fun and lighthearted. The Luna was great for ordering food and drinks poolside. We enjoyed the beach property (it is separate but only a short shuttle ride away) which had everything we wanted.

After staying at a hotel in Puerto Vallarta we wert feeling the love. This hotel turned our trip around. They really made you feel like a guest in their home and happy to see you. I thought the other guest were more eager to converse poolside or the beach club. We will return!

Beautiful lush jungle environment, excellent staff and service, great pools and spa. Not on the beach but can catch a free shuttle to lovely beach club nearby. 3 main dining options - buffet (come early for best selection), teppanyaki restaurant (delicious set menu), pool bar also has restaurant (limited seating at peak hours, recommend the fish tacos). Quiet and relaxing - not a party environment, will definitely be back!

Overall a great place to visit, the property has lots of nice pools and gardens. Unfortunately food options for dinner are limited to a buffet and a chefs table at the Japanese restaurants (reservation required). Most of the staff are great at there job, had the odd rude bartender and a bell boy that only took us halfway to our room and told us to walk.

Beautiful grounds, well maintained. Some people complained about all the walking, my wife and i thought it was fine, needed exercise after all the drink and food. Property is not as big as the pictures depict. Dinner was not great in our opinion, Dried out chicken, beans, salsas, below average deserts. Taco night, Italian night were ok.Breakfast and lunch were good, options restricted to one restaurant thou, except for Teppanyaki the only allocarte restaurant, and it was Great! Beach club had good food and drinks however you were like cattle in their small area on beach that was un swimmable (waves and rocks). Beware when you leave beach club we witnessed 2 staff members bump 2 of a family of 4 so they could go back to hotel, Not Cool! Staff needs their own shuttle back from work not the Customer shuttle. Shout out to Liz at front desk, Ronnie and Allan the bartenders, great job very friendly.
