Th Perry Lane Hotel was beautiful! The room was clean, nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. The service was great and we utlilized the house car often. We wanted to use the ebike, but were nervou to drive around when there were a lot of cars and people, early a, but we never woke up early enough...we were on vacation after all.
Staff were helpful and freindly. We walked up to the new roof top bar which was beautiful, and they forgot about out food order. No big deal, it was late, we sat in a far off corner near on of the fire pits. When we left the manager asked us if we needed everything else and we told her what happened. She comped our drinks and offered to comp our lunch for the next day. So nice of her. This oversight was not a big deal bc we were "hidden" and it was late. Anyway, when we return to Savanah, I would not look at another hotel and will stay at Perry Lane. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked good! 5/5 stars!!

This was honestly one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. They really bring the term hospitality to life. You're greeted by super friendly staff upon check in and whenever you walk into the hotel. While checking in, you're offered sparkling wine. There's complimentary coffee and tea all day. Room was very clean. The bed was SO comfortable. I kept joking that it was like I was falling asleep on a cloud. Shower was amazing!! The hotel had a restaurant. We had a delicious breakfast there. Everything here just felt really thoughtful, warm and inviting. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!!

A beautiful property with luxurious amenities: roof top bar, car service, champagne all day, gorgeous rooms, robes in rooms. The service is superb, friendly and better than any hotel in Savannah.

From the moment we arrived to our departure, everyone was beyond fabulous. Thomas, Kevin, Pops, and (the house driver), Randy and Itu Chef all deserve shoutouts!
Where service lacked was at the coffee bar - to get anyone’s attention for an espresso was a tad difficult. Chef even helped us at one time - which was great but you never see that. F&B lacked a tad.
It was unfortunate the rooftop was closed as that was one of the attractions.

Had a great time at the Perry Lane! Great service from Zach and the valets/drivers/attendants/Emporium staff. The bar where free drinks were served was cute and cozy but the service was lackluster there & bartender was less than friendly. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciate the option to use the car service.
