The worst hotel stay we have had. The hallways are full of dirty towels etc and old food we had no hot water to shower in the morning after our first stay. I do not recommend staying. Asked for new towels and did not receive any and had to get to meetings so had to use a hand towel

My favourite part of this hotel is the inside garden, the walkways to the restaurant and pool are very pretty. The garden cafe has an amazing breakfast poutine, and the in house starbucks bar was super handy. The staff are all polite. The conference rooms are very cute too, they look like little window shops, which even though we didn’t use them, they were cute. Staff was friendly at all hours of the day. Showers had amazing pressure and lots of hot water. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

I did not receive the type of room I had booked. The service agent could not find my booking in their system. Finally he found it, but it had been booked for the 2 days in March, not in April as my booking did indicate. Luckily they did have a room to put me in, but it was just a 2 bed regular room.

The shower didn’t work correctly and the bottle of shampoo smelled like brake fluid!
People were great to deal with and everything was clean.. just a shower issue!

It is in a convenient location. I ate at the restaurant and the food and staff were excellent.
It took me half an hour to check in as the front desk was severely understaffed. The first room i got had something in the tub that resembled shredded paper. After standing in line for another 20 minutes, I got another room. This room was clean, however it was located beside the elevators which, apparently, run constantly 24/7. They shook the room enough that the bottom drawer on the desk kept opening. I was so tired that i didn't feel like switching rooms again. Luckily Nyquil helped me sleep.
The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, there just wasn't enough of them. The building is in dire need of a renovation.
