Everything was clean. Access to room from parking lot was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Just an overnight stay on the way to Montreal. Excellent person at check-in. She was so helpful when we had a small television problem.
Breakfast was well done. Eggs were perfect, sausages were very good. Breakfast area very clean and organized.

Always a good choice, reasonable price, they need new fitted sheets, last 2x staying here fitted bottom sheet have lots of cotton pills on them, making them rough, had to sleep on top sheet

I love that on the main floor, you can park right outside your door, like the benefits of a motel with a bit more of the features of a hotel.

Area okay but no housekeeping cleaning service offers… we emptied own garbage, no change sheets for a week staying, ask for needed supplies like toilet rolls, tissue etc…..

Location was good for me and our pet.
Room was small, dated but comfortable sleep.

We got the second last room available and when observed, the protective latch for the inside door was broken off (it was a room on the main level that had an outside door and inside door). There was an additional mystery door that was unable to be secured which led to another mystery door. Then when requested to switch to the other available room, the toilet seat had a dirty burn mark and other black marks on it, there was staining and unfinished repairs in various parts of the bathroom walls, and there was staining on a couple pillows and the curtain. The customer service is fantastic and the first time we stayed a few weeks ago there were none of these issues.

Staff who checked us in was an absolute pleasure. We booked last minute and had no plans. He was very kind to give us some tips and happy to do so even on a holiday.
