Stay was very good, location a bit far but amazing hotel, a true 5 star.

Staff at grand Mercure hotel was really professional specially banquet staff i would like to mention few name such as sudhir managar rahul, deepak,pravakar for the tremendous job and the servive which they have given is amazing love the food and ambiance

I would like to thank Mr Sudhir,Rahul Deepak and pravakar for the excellent service they have given to us just because of these guys our event at grand Mercure hotel went successful. Food was amazing and also the service we would definitely love to do business here again

Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was interesting. The ambience of the room is calming. The housekeeping is excellent. Pankaj was helpful. Returned from a tough day at work to a well done bed with a surprise.

I would like to thank Mr. Chandan Kumar from house keeping department who was proactive and was very quick with all the request made by me with a smile on his face and he’s gem of a person with lot of knowledge about northeast states which was quite surprising to me. I really appreciate it and keep up the good work. Cheers!

The stay was pleasant overall. The rooms were cozy and clean, providing a comfortable environment. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, the pool area could have been cleaner and better maintained, which was a slight drawback. Improving the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool area would significantly enhance the overall experience for guests. Despite this, the positive aspects of the stay, such as the room comfort and excellent location, made it an enjoyable visit.

Ambience was really nice Stay was very comfortable Peaceful and serene.. enjoyed the gym and complimentary breakfast The hotel staff were really nice and over-all it was a true nice experience Definitely looking forward for our next stay here

Firstly, the ambiance and environment is very calming for a stay. Majorly I would like to mention about the food that is being served in room, in restaurant and in banquet. If you have tasted food in other star premium properties, be amazed to taste something different. All their items served in our meet excites our taste palette. All the food tastes like home and very amazingly curated. I would like to thank Chef Nazil for taking care of these amazing menu and Mr. Pavan from F&B division for taking an amazing care of our guests. Highly recommended for business, social and personal leisure trips.
