Cleaning staff was great. Did a great job keeping our room clean and were very friendly. The room itself is nothing special, but being clean earns it two thumbs up. The shower pressure was also outstanding. The pool across the parking lot was very nice too. Nice lounge seating and Billys Tiki Bar was cool too. There's also a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy driving distance to a lot amenities. Pound for pound, for a 2/3 star hotel, should be getting 5/5 but it won't because despite reserving a room with 2 Queen beds a month in advance, when we arrived the concierge told me they overbooked those rooms so they put us in a King and pull-out. I realize this is 1st-world issue territory, but when someone RESERVES a room with 2 queens then that room should be held for them. Especially when I'd bet my last dollar that I reserved my room earlier than most. The next morning I asked the same concierge if any 2 queen rooms had opened up for us to switch and without checking the system concluded there was not. Later that afternoon a parent and child checked in. I overheard her say it was for a 2 queen room. Why couldn't they have moved us to that room and this person to our room? No effort was made to correct their mistake. In the future, maybe not overbook just so you can fill your least-desirable rooms and screw someone else over.

The staff is friendly and the property is fairly new and clean. It’s located right off I-75 and is easy to get to. The rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable, and the common areas are in good condition.

Very noisy as property is sandwiched between I75 and another main through fare. Room was not ready until 3:15 with check in at 3:00. Probably not staying here again.

Great hotel, beautiful, clean, big room with high ceiling, nice pool and exercise room. Unbelievable breakfast much more than the usual "continental" they served eggs, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, was like a restaurant.

I believe that the absence of grab bars in the tub will lead to a serious fall. This issue could be solved by installation of two inexpensive grab bars. I would not return to your hotel unless I was assured the tubs were safer.

just an average stay to spend a weekend near the beaches. not worth the cost.
