Great service with great host and great facilities(pool especially and clean room) Even though we arrived late, which was 3 AM, hosts helped us check in easily. Moreover, we woke up late and the breakfast time was over but the host asked us whether we want breakfast. Everyone was super nice and generous.
The outdoor pool was great to swim. Also 15 minutes away from the bus terminal which made us come here easily

One of the best places to stay in Sarandë. Super friendly atmosphere and staff! The room was super clean, very nice, and comfortable! Great location, within walking distance of everything in town, but enough of a distance away to be comfortable and quiet! The view is spectacular, only 75 meters from the sea! Couldn't ask for more! Definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Just home from Vila Kalcuni. The hotel is in an excellent location with a great view of the horseshoe bay, particularly at night. The suite with the large balcony is also excellent. We found all the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The breakfast whilst not bad could very simply be improved. 1 . Cook eggs as required 2. Improve range of cereals 3. Replace the orange juice with fresh orange juice. Very disappointing that the pool was not available as advertised. Clients should be aware of this before booking. On a minor matter, the beach is not private but is extremely close with sun loungers are available free of charge from the hotel. I’ll

Place was really clean which was great and conveniently located near port terminal (4 minute walk) and plenty of dining options. It's also not too far from the main area where all the restaurants and bars are on the main seafront. It's a shame it was a noisy area as the annoying party boats from the main bay come close to the hotel from 10pm to midnight and it is loud!!!!! You can also hear other people slamming doors and talking loudly on the balconies which is annoying so didn't sleep well. Breakfast was very disappointing.....random mish mash and awful coffee.....you have to pay for the decent coffee which is insane. Rooms should also have water or kettle at least but only a fridge. Staff were ok, not the friendliest and Albania has a lot to learn generally in terms of hospitality and amenities compared to other countries. There was no bar or lunch options at hotel as it was closed so had to go out each day which we did anyway as did alot of day trips rather than staying at the hotel.

I wish I could give a higher rating that five for staff and service. Not only is this a beautiful hotel with superb facilities, including a private beach, but it is also run by the most fantastic family for whom nothing is too much trouble.
Saranda as a destination is incredibly safe and the promenade is stunning. This hotel just added to our wonderful holiday.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff all speak English, it is only a four minute walk from the ferry terminal and the beds are so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is advertising themselves as a 4-star hotel. The building it self may be 4-star with a nice room and pool, and the location is great as well. What is not 4-star is everything else. Bad service eg no hellos or good mornings. They didn't serve iced tea or cocktails at the pool, only at the hotel pool. So instead of fetching the drinks from inside, they told the guest to go get them. The breakfast was horrible and cappuccinos/espressos were available at extra cost. The toilet and bathroom wasn't cleaned a single time during the week we stayed. So if you are looking for a 4-star experience, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

This hotel is lovely. Our superior suite with sea view and a balcony was amazing - probably one of the best hotel rooms we've stayed in. The hotel is really clean, really well finished. The staff are friendly and it's very good value for money.
