Comfortable room and bed, great breakfast, attentive kind service. Only annoyance is that the reservation promised a "garden view" and that was not at all the case. The view from our room was a quite ordinary office building. Please be accurate!

This hotel lives up to its 5 star rating. I got walked up to my room and introduced to the layout and the staff had great knowledge of English. Beds were comfortable and room in good working order. There is a mall across the street which was convenient for taking care of some quick shopping trips. The hotel is in the De Hesa district of Santiago which is pretty, and also safe, though it is about 45-60min from the city center on public transit.

Good , convenient and practical hotel . Neat and good Service , restaurant staff is extremely cooperative , Breakfast spread is good . Next to Mall so easy to manage your stay as you get all necessary items at convivence .

Great all around hotel for comfortable stay with reasonable price. Easy access to go up to the ski resorts (this hotel is NOT in any ski resort, it’s location is close to the mountain roads, you still need to drive up. Very good breakfast.
