Muy buena atención por parte del personal, las instalaciones están bien mantenidas y la limpieza es la correcta. En cuanto a las comidas el desayuno es muy bueno, tipo americano, para almorzar o cenar es recomendable hacerlo en alguno de los restaurantes de la ciudad donde se encuentran variadas opciones, algunas con muy buena cocina a precios generalmente razonables

Excelente experiencia en el Hotel Emperatriz.. desde el personal . Las instalaciones . La pension completa variada y muy buena calidad.. y parrafo aparte para los animadores Pablo y Juan Pablo de la piscina haciendo un placer disfrutar de los dias en el mismo. Volveremos Dios Mediante y gracias por todo.

Excelente infraestructura y servicios. PILETA exterior en ambiente rodeado de palmeras, luces, reposeras, camastros, juegos para niños e iluminación. Los animadores complementan con sus actividades. Desayuno muy completo. No tiene piscina cubierta. Pero tiene hidromasaje en todos los baños. Tiene cochera. Muy estético. Clima muy familiar. Detalle. El parque tenía sectores para mascotas. Entendería qué es pett friendly aunque no vi ninguna mascota. Muy cerca del centro

Mas q' conforme Exelente, desde Recepcion hasta el personal de mantenimiento. Dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente Todos, yo nombro a Daniel Perdon, comienzo x Yanet, Vero. Cristian Marcelo Facu... Los profes Juan Pablo y Pablo diez puntos Me senti muy contenida, por mi dolencia use mucho la pisina, jamas me senti sola a pesar de estarlo. Servicio de gastronomia Impecable al igual q' la limpiexa del dormitorio y baño ( olvide el nombre de la mucama) hab. 105 A todos un fuerte abrazo HASTA EL AÑO QUE VIENE !!!!!!!❤❤❤❤

El hotel está bien, ofrece un desayuno muy variado, cerca a todo, con estacionamiento, mucho entretenimiento en el área de la piscina. En general esta bien el hotel.

Hotel con buenos servicios y comodidades, con piscina termal y un hermoso entorno para relaj****, admiten mascotas, tiene servicio de SPA y un muy buen restaurante. Tiene Garage. Una muy buena ubicación frente a una plaza y cercana al centro turistico de la ciudad.

Las bebidas, especialmente el vino con precios muy superiores a lo que cuestan. Por ej el vino Estancia de Mendoza cabernet malbec, que en el supermercado tiene un valor entre $ 600 a $ 700, En el hotel lo facturan con un incremento del 300% . Por lo que veo es muy exagerado el porcentaje aplicado. En otro orden de cosas, las piezas son chicas. En la matrimonial simple que contratamos, faltaba un mesita de luz. La comida es simple, y normal, (nada extraordinaria). la pileta es chica, con relacion a la cantidad de gente que se aloja

El hotel en general bien, tiene una sola pileta que no es tan grande para la cantidad de gente que concurre. Nos alojamos con mi esposa en una habitación simple, a la cual le faltaba una mesa de luz. Pero la sorpresa fue con el precio de las bebidas (en especial del vino). Tomamos una botella de ESTANCIA MENDOZA cabernet Malbec, (en cualquier supermercado esta entre $ 600/700 El hotel lo factura a $2.180 la botella lo cual significa que le aplican un 300% de aumento sobre el valor. Me parece que se les va la mano .
