A Fonte Das Hortas Residencial

I made a reservation via ***********. This was confirmed and the money was drawn from my account. There was no option of either cancellation or even change to the booking. I arrived just after 08:00 pm, tired with full luggage that I had to drag from a public parking advised by the apar**ent manager. No response to the bell at the door. When I called the property I was advised that the booking was canceled by them. I received no phone call, SMS, WhatsApp message either from the property or ***********. I am thoroughly disappointed and angry. If I had to cancel the booking then i would not get a cent of refund. They however cancelled the booking with zero consequence. This is totally unfair and unreasonable.

Este establecimiento destaca por ser limpio, moderno, útil y estar fantásticamente bien situado. Te sientes como en casa. Recomendado tanto si viajas en familia como con niños. Muy atenta la encargada con nosotros. Volveremos!
