We stayed here for one night and were very impressed by the quality of the food. I want to give special thanks to the chef for such an expended dinner and breakfast and the staff for making our stay so smooth.

estuve cerca de 12 dias y fue una gran experencia , todo el personal es amable e hicieron que nuestro viaje a santiago fuera en verdad un gran momento , ame leer en las mecedoras , el lugar es limpio , es acogedor y sin duda volveria con todo el personal maravilloso

Hotel San Basilio es una opción súper buena para las personas q quieran disfrutar de una experiencia en el centro histórico de Santiago de Cuba. Con un trato súper atento amable y cordial y con una higiene impecable. No tengo quejas de nada en el hotel, solamente mejorar el agua caliente en el baño fuera de eso nada más. Siempre la habitación impecable y todo súper limpio. A veces tendemos a buscar opciones de más renombre al visitar un hotel de ciudad y al no tener la disponibilidad encontramos lugares como San Basilio que hizo de nuestros días en Santiago más placenteros y amenos. Gracias a todos sus trabajadores por su hospitalidad y amabilidad.

Inizio dicendo che mancava L acqua calda e internet e già questo si dovrebbe subito far presente soprattutto per la prima. Per internet ci rispondono dicendo che è disponibile a pochi passi presso hotel casa grande senza però dire che L ingresso di quell hotel è a pagamento (cosa assurda a mio parere visto che sono affiliati gli hotel) .
