Tardamos más de una hora para hacer el check in, el comedor un poco lioso no es fácil encontrar una cucharilla, colas tremendas para sacar café, no costaría mucho poner otra maquina, los baños son con bañera, necesita un poco de arreglo, considero que no puede ser un 4 estrellas, con un 3 estaría más acorde

Hotel lovely and clean, we booked bed and breakfast, breakfast was well stocked with lovely food. Snack bar available but not much choice and wasn't very nice. Room was like a premier Inn room and was cleaned daily not very big but did the job for 5 nights. There was a TV English channels were poor, fridge, air con was poor not cold it actually heated the room. So we had to sleep with the door open which proved to be noisy. Free WiFi throughout, we had a poor view overlooking the indoor pool which was in the shade all day and quite chilly so we didn't get to use it. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Indoor pool, spa, and gym had to be paid for seperatly 15euros per person for 2 hours and had to booked in advance. Outdoor pool was freezing cold, so much so we didn't use it. All in all the hotel it's self was lovely, clean, and staff were very friendly.

No evidence whatsoever of this being a four star hotel, it is at best 2, but considering they flat-out refused a request to give tap water to children because, and I quote commercial manager, Josep Juli, “this is a business, we’re here to make money”; 1 stars is more appropriate. There were one or two other disappointments, but nothing that couldn’t be ignored compared to this. Yes, not all staff were great, but many were outstanding, just doing their jobs in sometimes difficult circumstances. This place is bad, and some of them know it. Just come back from here and not the best hotel or the worst it’s average! Here’s a few things about our holiday! Firstly checking in, we arrived at 11pm with young children no drinks available or even a snack! We were all inclusive and couldn’t even get water for the children (rude receptionist just kept saying all closed)all local shops closed but were told a pizza place open so they wanted us to walk at 11pm with a baby for pizza! Receptionist staff RUDE and unhelpful if you are English! You have to pay 10 euros per person when you arrive if you are all inclusive for what we don’t know! There was some sort of sports tournament so about 200 teenagers who were very noisy at night time. Food was nice and a variety, restaurant staff all moody again only if your English! Bar staff in main bar were all amazing very friendly and happy!!! Nothing for the kids to do the pool was FREEZING and have to pay to use the indoor one! No entertainment at all so abit boring. We had clean towels everyday but had to ask after day 5 to change our bed sheets, over all room was cleanish but there was a tissue and popcorn on the floor when we arrived and was still there after day 7! Overall we had a good holiday it was basic and not much at all for kids. Not sure if I would return or not to this hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. There is a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner, and reasonable prices at the bar. BUT that shouldn't be normal to have teenagers screaming on the balcony and in the hallway, and slamming doors at midnight. We had some sleep between 1-6am after long day trips. It's a shame as we were satisfied with the hotel and would go back again without this circus 🎪

Pros bar staff and bar waiting staff lovely Rooms clean, beds comfy Cons reception staff not overly welcoming, catering staff just miserable, and wouldn’t even let you finish your food before clearing the table, one time I only got up to get some breakfast and the one lady had literally cleared my table and took the full cups of coffee, food was very much hit and miss, take some salt with you if you want flavour on your food. Entertainment dismal or non existent. Unfortunately not somewhere I’d bring children nor would it be somewhere I’d come again

Initial welcoming a bit frosty and conversation brief and to the point. Cleaning staff good, bar staff friendly and good service, some varied cocktails but all acceptable. Dining room staff not friendly, kept clearing our table, when still eating meals. Flow in the dining room could be a lot better, food tasted bland, presentation good. Main issue is the lack of interaction from dinning room staff and a smile helps a lot. Would not visit the hotel again and difficult to recommend.

Myself and my friend booked after being mis sold through ‘on the beach’ for this hotel having great entertainment and kids facilities. Warning - there are none! Extremely dissatisfied with both our response from ‘On the beach’ that we called this afternoon, where they have now since changed the wording on the website a few hours after our two complaints. They are telling us that we should have essentially done our research, which we did! We were given three different reasons at the hotel for lack of these facilities. Which, I’d like to add, are not mentioned as ‘seasonal’ on the hotel website. Essentially, On the Beach are telling us that it was clear that things are seasonal - the original usp for this hotel a few hours ago was the two kids clubs and evening entertainment on the ‘On the Beach’ website. There are not some but none!! Hardly seasonal and more non existent. The pool is too cold for them to play in too. This is the first and last holiday I will book with both ‘on the beach’ and this hotel. So disappointed and upset. Stuck in a place with nothing for kids to do having saved and paid for a last family holiday with my daughter and being 6 months pregnant.

Thanks for reading this review, a fair assessment of what we experienced without any malice: Hotel surroundings is very clean, pool area spotless and well maintained, bar is well stocked and also a special mention to all bar staff, really friendly guys and hard working. For food now, breakfast was very good, a great choice of food for all accept no scrambled eggs which is a 1st for Spanish hotels ive visited, usually long queues for fried eggs and omelettes, never had to queue for a fried egg before and whem you do queue up the rest of food on ur plate goes cold as you are waiting so long! For lunch and dinner all the food was the same just warmed up from past sitting, we upgraded to all inclusive for 4 nights for 532€ for 2 adults and 2 kids except they classed my 13 year old as an adult not sure why as he cant drink alcohol and doesnt eat any more than a usual older child but regardless we paid cos we wanted to save on the booze. Snack bar is extremely basic and sits in a warmer all day from 10am until 6pm and ita really dry and stale and rarely replenished ie burgers sausages bread rolls sandwiches and chips without potatoe as its disintegrated for being so old! Really hate to complain but standard's must be met especially if you are charging an higher rate for half board guests to upgrade to all inclusive 😬. Rooms cleaned daily and linen replaced, although dusting was not done in a while it was really bad on my bedside. My room was very spacious it had storage to a high level especially for a family of 4, view from the small balcony you get was amazing, looking out to sea and a good view of the pool and surroundings. Not really a complaint of sorts but the hotel was full of atleast 500 teenagers competing in local tournaments and was roaming the halls at all hours messing on doors, luckily not mine. Hotel management never seemed to do anything or care, maybe about 8 different receptionist when i was there and only 1 lady who was pleasant they treat english really rude and dont provide all the information they should, when i went and spoke Spanish i got a different scenario and you really are treated differently if your a native. Dont be put to off by what i wrote its jus a fair assessment on what we experienced, and for the price you pay you cant really grumble too much unless you are all inclusive and then you can moan because it isnt worth it unless your there to hit the booze to a good level 🍺😄
