After reading some reviews about this hotel, I was nervous before going here. We stayed for a week and it was over my expectations. Nice big room, a nice sized balcony and a big pool. It’s only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Nice staff, but not very informative. I liked staying here and would like to come back.

Nice hotel with great location and food. Very feiendly and helpfull staff. Very close to the beach bars and restaurants. Only kids club and mini disco pretty poor, my kids were a bit disappointed. Other then that i wanna recommend this hotel for couples and familys. Also great with value. Been here second part of September 😉

The staff were very attentive to all our needs and could not be faulted - undertaking their respective duties with friendliness and professionalism. The cuisine available was excellent and the restaurant staff were always available to provide any help required. My two daughters and myself would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this venue.

Hôtel Riviera is very old hotel, all rooms équipements need absolutly to be changed. The dining room is localed grand floor, all Windows were Closed while it was terribly hot. The buffet food for evening was not good and no choice, almost the buffet every night , the chef needs to be changed. The buffet breakfast was quiet but no fresh bread , the food in Espain is horrible , even I wanted to pay for a good restaurant , was not possible in Santa Susanna. However staff are kind , very smiling , helpful and hard working Hôtel rooms are so old and the room maid did not have vaccum to clean rooms , they are still using balai, uncceptable for 4 star hôtel 🏨 Hôtel Riviera is well located like other hôtels on the same avenue. It is beat to the bus and train station to go to Barcelona. There are so many Nice Beaches on the cost so we went to différent beaches every day and sea water was amazing ans fantastic. We could see the seabed

Location of the hotel is very good, the bath rooms are newly renovated and clean, however the hotel staff is quite rude, the room they offer as premium double room for a higher price, is a single room, very small. Rooms are not equipped with mini bar. Food is ok, but they are not prepared for food allergy. When being in the social areas of the hotels, feels like being in the 80's. Definitely just a 3 star hotel only.

I have stayed at many 4-star hotels over the years and i don't think this is a 4-star hotel, but what it is, is a good 3-star hotel. Found the hotel to be very clean and all staff to be friendly and delt with any minor issues we had. Pool area is a decent size and was pleasantly surprised that the pool is not ice cold, like many others i have come across. Sunbeds were good and plentiful supply. We stayed bed and breakfast and found the food to be of reasonable quality. Drinks were okay and of a reasonable price. Can not comment on evening entertainment, as spent evening out in the resort. All in all, nothing to complain about and would definitely stay here again.

The room’s are okay. Everything from the buffet in the morning to the drinks and the dinner is absoloutly terrible. The staff wasn’t very polite or professional. All in all I would not recommend this hotel. In case you want a cheap hotel, this is your way to go.

Hotel Rivera is 3 star Hotel MAX Only one bar. Restaurant outside is not for guests all inclusive. In Bar you can get basic alkohol in plastic caps. Cocktail 🍸 only from machine lots of chemicals . Staff is very rude. Can see you but serve someone who pay and get proper service Drink in glass with fruits and umbrella. Room are fine (no kettle inside) but only on one side Hotel with view on Swimming pool. Unfortunately second side Hotel in smelly /oily and rubbish and hotel next door. Swimming pool it's not clean water. Spa I gym is also not inclusive cost 5 euros per 1/2 hour if someone is there. Restaurant hotel average nothing special. Lots of bons and don't have tasty. Nobody looks after Swimming pool. People reserve with towels all sits even if this was not allowed 🚫 but they don't care. For start we pay 32 euro even that we was all inclusive. Pay tax and hand tag. After you get key for Room and card for Restaurant in basement. All inclusive second sort guests was only serve 11-23 . No entertainment for adults next door Hotel have and they dance but not Rivera! Not recommended this hotel. Never again..!

Spend here 10 days. Overall this is very good place to stay with your family. We have full board and every meal time we have something new to taste, never get away without full stomach. Waiter with black hair were just amazing, always making kids smiling! All of the workers were doing their job perfectly. Family room were clean and in perfect condition. We've got cleaning every day and it was done very well, big respect to cleaning staff. There was only few cons here 1) As mentioned already lot of times before - not very smart people leave their towels on sun longers ( reserve) places near pool, and I'm afraid no one from administration controls this. 2)Kid animation on very low level, kid animator doesn't know how to properly use music equipment and all she do is pushing volume on max all the time, so music sounds very weird with distortion. She also working on all night entertainment as "sound" so loud music were all the time. 3)I've never received any answers on my questions from them sent by email before arrival.
