รีวิว Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Monica

Great location. Comfortable bed. Small but heated swimming pool. Not the best breakfast choice. Would be good to have more fruits or some veggies/salad bar.

I seen so many negative reviews but all in all we had a great time. 10 min walk to beach an pier, and food as well. Noise was only a problem if u expected the city to be quiet otherwise we didn’t mind. Great trip ☺️

位於鎮中心交通方便，有軌電車終點站就在對面，附近還有好幾路公交，路口有Target隔壁有Trader Joe's，過一條街就是聖塔莫妮卡廣場和步行街；衞生可以按需叫客服服務；早餐一般，過個早是夠了，大堂裏咖啡與茶24小時供應可自取； 前台服務很好，中午已經退了房，發現有文件忘了打印，下午再回去，還是熱心幫忙，很感謝！ 至於附近流浪漢的確比較多，晚上早點回去就好。

裝修比較新，層高很高，所以感覺空間很大。房間是簡潔風，配套的泳池、健身房、洗衣房都有；離海灘步行800米，路上還會經過商業中心，方便還有超市，很方便；早飯無功無過。總的來説比較適合全家度假選擇。

房間大致環境都非常不錯，只是衛生間的門我個人不喜歡那種設計，它無法鎖門而且還有很大的門縫隙可以看到裡面。

Le stanze molto grandi ma con arredo basico per i costi . Parcheggio troppo caro vicino ci sono parcheggi molto più convenienti (Santa Monica civic center) . La colazione discreta buoni i waffel ma privi di prodotti di pasticceria fresca .

サンタモニカ に泊まるなら絶対こちらはオススメです！広い部屋は景色も良いですし、場所がなによりすごくいいです。

가격대비 위치나 서비스가 별로였음 방은 매우 협소 하고 트레인 소리가 너무 시끄러웠음 2층 방으로 배정 받았는데 뷰가 1층 쓰레기장과 맞닿아 있고 건너편 건물의 실내가 훤히 들여다보여 커튼을 열수가 없었다 비치와 가까워서 선택한 숙소였는데 성수기라도 그 가격은 정말 사악했다 LA여행에서 가장 불편했던 숙소였다

Safety was good. Room very clean and the sheets smelled very nice. Room not cleaned everyday, so the garbage was overflowing.

Receptionist at the front desk was very rude and did not treat me with the same respect as the customers before and after me. "Darlene" would give me dirty looks like I was inferior to her and made the stay very uncomfortable/ unpleasant whenever I walked in and out of the establishment. Terrible customer service

Hi, I'm asking for refund money because, I'm upset about the incident on the past weekend, me and my wife have a long night to previous Sunday Morning and we decide take rest all day On Sunday but early in the morning start a lot of noise drums even on the breakfast, we decide to move other place all day because, we needed rest very well for next Day, that's our inconvenience during the staid.

Tons of noise from the hallways, room next door and room above. We had to call the front desk multiple times about the noise above us. Although the noise is out of the hotel’s control, the building is not sound proofed enough. I’ve stayed at multiple other hotels and this has never been a problem.
