Great hotel,quiet and spotless clean, with a fabulous room.Room cleaned six times during the week. Staff so helpful and friendly. Stunning pool and great breakfasts with plenty of choice. Location near beach ( three mins) with a 10/15 flat walk to town in evenings. Would definitely recommend it.

Our plane couldn’t land in Boa Vista so we were diverted to Sal and I was put up in this hotel ! Honestly great service ! Staff were so friendly welcoming despite being run off their feet ! Lovely pool, good gym and restaurant food was great Walking distance to restaurant shops beach Large rooms ! Comfy beds with lots of storage I left a pair of jeans there and only realised two weeks later. CATARINA BRAGA, was amazing, responsive and accommodating and sent them to Boa Vista ! Best service ever !! Wonderful experience and great hotel

It was a nice clean hotel and the staff were very nice and helpful. The menu is very limited if you are a vegetarian and sometimes there wasn't an alternative. We had to go a weekend without any hot water. My partner was ill and we had no hot water. I reported it to the front desk but they could do nothing about it till the manager came in on Monday. When the manager came in I reported it to her and it got fixed but there was no apology or compensation for our discomfort. There are sunbeds on the beach but nobody bothered to tell us, we had to find out ourselves 4 days into the holiday.

We have been here for 2 stays for around three nights each. The staff is very friendly, some only when the chief is around. The room is large enough for 2 persons for some nights. Everything is working properly. We have had breakfast and sometimes also dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast was ok, don’t forget that nearly everything has to be imported. The dinner was fine. The money we spent had the same level as in most of the European countries. Check out was not simple, this because they mostly calculate in Euros and you have to pay in Escudos. Three things to complain: they ask for a pool towel a deposit of 15 € each, for the room’s safe e fee of 10€ (first hotel in the world that asked this), and finally we found the hotel somewhat noisy.

we stayed here for 7 nights... the staff ( other than the front desk) were wonderful.... we upgraded to a superior room...tiny...with nice patio on ground floor...the big plus is a coffee pod machine... $2.00 per pod!!!! no free water ....not even first night...had a safe....you need to PAY for the use of it!!!! breakfast was chaotic.... ran out of everything every time you went to get something...dishes, cups, glasses, food, etc....one coffee machine was broken...awful coffee...food was hit or miss....music in dining room some nights was nice...room was clean...not in town ....about am15-20 minute walk or €3-4....they forgot to pick us up at the airport...no apology!!!!!

The hotel provides a nice luxury accommodation, a great shower, clean room, airconditioning. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Pool is great. Nice and calm surroundings. Beautifully Bougainville. . We really loved it, the only reason we don’t give it a 5 is because during our stay we were a bit underwhelmed by the food. It somehow seems to lack some taste here and there. Maybe we just were there when the right chef was on leave ? The location is great and walking distance from st maria centre and beach. And then of course in the centre lots of restaurants to choose from.

It's small, a family run feel, which we like the low key, personal, quiet experience. Paula at reception and all other staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. That makes it easy and comfortable. Our room was ideal, good space in a double room, private balcony and beautiful colours of Bourganvillea to admire, a well maintain green garden space and pool in the centre. We had breakfast in the hotel every day, however we were away by day and dined out across the island. Very simple, easy walk down into Santa Maria or across the road to the beach and beach board walk.

Quiet after 10pm; friendly staff; excellent cuisine,; close to numerous attractions, good support team at hotel and airport. Safe to wonder alone in local town. Highly recommended tourist spot. Only neg point- rough season. Fierce Atlantic beachside currents. Strong swimmers only
