No kettle, tea, coffee packs in room. But can try asking. Assisi is a worthwhile place to explore - take bus by buying from shop ( tobacconist?) 1.30 euro to go up to the top. Then explore various places as you go downhill.

A stranger entered our room and attempted to rob us. My spouse was sleeping at the time but woke up to the sound of someone rifling through my bag and chased the thief off. Luckily nothing was stolen but we were shaken up quite a bit. If you have the misfortune to stay here, make sure your door is securely closed and note that there are NO security cameras in the halls. To add insult to injury, the hotel management initially didn't believe us. This incident marred our vacation and we won't return to Italy. We also didn't get an apology from the tour company (Trafalgar) - they were only concerned with their liability.

Nice building and grounds. Room basic but clean and modern. Friendly and helpful front desk. Location is not in Assisi, it's a very steep long walk or short but expensive taxi ride. Breakfast could use improvement, very simple and typical unhealthy Italian buffet with no hot food except eggs and bacon and no salad or vegetables, mainly pastries and cakes. Maybe it's a "monastic" breakfast. Overall pretty good value for the price if you can deal with the location and bare bones breakfast

Very nice place, close to the historical city of Assisi. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms, very comfortable. All essentials were present. Good food. Parking in front. Nice walkings around; stunning garden. The meeting rooms are quite good as well.

We didn’t get the perks even though I had a room upgrade they charged me to upgrade. But the room is clean and the breakfast is the best in Assisi!!

Hard beds, very hard pillows, hard receptionists and poor breakfasts. Don’t go here with a group! They aren’t customer friendly on any question. It was even hard to obtain 5 additional clothes hangers for shirts (we stayed 4 nights). They ran out of butter at breakfast one morning, another time there weren’t any clean coffee cups left. Only one receptionist was welcoming and she seemed fed up with the lack of organization.

The rooms are lovely, corporate but still very nice. Restaurant food is very good. Assissi is a bus tide away 1.60 each way from the shop next door. I think one receptionist took against me and wasn’t pleasant , but there’s always one!
