Boutique Apartments Marsol Ibiza

We stayed for a week and had everything we need for us and the little kid. Susana was extremely kind and made great recommendations for the area. Beds are very comfy and the boutique apar**ents are spacious and elegant. We will be back for sure!

Only family rooms downstairs. 1st & 2nd floor not suitable for disabled persons. Good location. Noisy from other floors.

This was a very last minute booking for me (30ish mins before l was in a taxi and on my way here). l didn't have time to read reviews so very I'm pleased to have chosen this place. I received a WhatsApp from Noelia not long after my booking which was very informative. Noelina greeted me on arrival and she was so cheerful and helpful. l am grateful for her - thank you. The room was just perfect for me. Two big tvs were great especially the one in the bedroom. Bedroom was quite small but sufficient and bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. Enough english channels too. Kitchenette was ideal. Having a toaster, nespresso and dishwasher were a bonus too. The living area was spacious enough too. I was in 1C and having a small patio was nicer than a balcony. Bathroom was small but again sufficient and everything was quality. Having a small welcome bag with toothbrushes, comb, etc was a nice touch. A tray in the shower to put my own toiletries on was also appreciated (small touches makes a difference). I didnt hear much noise from neighbours or other guests. Great location. Absolutely loved this place and would return. Again, thank you Noelia ❤️

They apar**ent was very very close to the sea and beaches. Lots of places to walk and run near by. Many good restaurants along the beach front. The rooms were comfortable and room to eat and have breakfast and meals. Equipped kitchen and good Aircon to keep cool at night. Highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the apar**ent. Susana was a very lovely person who was friendly and helpful. The room was very modern and clean and the location in the centre was perfect. Being directly on the beach too was amazing. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend in early April. The apar**ents are quite modern and while there are a few *******, they are a good place to stay close to the beach and the centre of Eulalia. We had a beach side view balcony which was fairly small but fine for two of us to sit and have a drink. The bed was super comfortable with a large firm'ish mattress. The bathroom had a good shower and the kitchen had a fridge and a small cooker. One thing to bear in mind is that there is no parking at the apar**ents which might be a consideration if you plan to hire a car. Parking seems to be quite a challenge at times around the town even off season.

I was attracted by the positive reviews and a last minute offer but honestly, I would not come back. The apar**ent location was great, right on the beach, and this was the only positive side; the music of the restaurant next to the apar**ent (Pecador) was quite disturbing, at reception we were informed it would stop each night by 00:30 the very latest, but in reality most of the times it continued till 01:00 am, with restaurant’s guests hanging around and talking under the window of tour bedroom till 2 am if not 3 am. We had decided to sleep in Santa Eulalia instead of Eivissa hoping to find a quiet place to rest but unfortunately it was not the case. Regarding the apar**ent: spaces not well distributed : bathroom and shower far too small for a beach area, no cupboard where to put clothes, just a ridiculous iron bar far too high to hang max 3 or 4 items, cleaning service was extremely superficial. The equipment of the kitchen was too basic, for sure not what you expect when choosing a flat instead of an hotel room. If you need an iron and iron board or a drying rack you need to ask each time at the reception, you won’t find them as part of the apar**ent equipment. At our arrival, there was sewage smell in the room coming from toilette. I notified the issue at the reception and honestly it was solved the next day, but the first night we could not sleep well because of it, and there was no real follow up or any gesture from the property for this inconvenience.

Consiglio questo posto per la posizione, l'accoglienza, la pulizia e la funzionalita', non manca nulla. Susanna e' disponibile e simpatica, ci ha dato tante informazioni preziose. La stanza è spaziosa e ben accessoriata. L'angolo cucina permette una reale autonomia.
