La propiedad está bien pero no tiene servicio de restaurante después de las 2, la alberca cierra a las 12, a las 3 de la tarde cierran todo y pareciera que solo rentas un cuarto sin servicios ni internet

Todo muy muy bien, en cuanto al check Inn, habitaciones, limpieza, estacionamiento, lo único fue que me tocó de las primeras habitaciones al lobby y cuando hay bastante gente se escucha el bullicio. Muy buen hotel

Muy buen servicio, instalaciones muy buenas todo parece nuevo, la comida del restaurante deliciosa, todo el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar, no le pide nada a un hotel de cadena, realmente es muy bueno

Estuvo excelente mi estancia, personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
Lo único que sí podrían definir mejor es el uso de la piscina y sus restricciones, así como los horarios que maneja el restaurante.

Los empleados no tienen la mínima preparación para atender turismo, las instalaciones bien, desafortunadamente el personal de recepción es grosero, sin preparación en atención al huesped, ojalá y se apliquen por hay mucha oferta en Puebla y en mismo Apizaco que los rebasan. Me atendió una gordita el día 18 de junio 3pm
