Hello! It was a fascinating place. The building is impressive and historic, with spectacular views across the region. The rooms were lovely and spacious and everything clean. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Special regards to the 2 lovely ladies from the restaurant Vasi and Nela.Certainly we will visiting you again. Thank you so much fam. Luca!!

Great hotel! Booked last minute and we’re not disappointed. The building is impressive and well maintained, the views are lovely, staff are friendly and helpful, both restaurants are good and value for money. Overall an excellent stay, I will be recommending to family and friends!

One of the best mountain getaways! The Castle is very well maintained keeping its authenticity with a modern touch. We booked the Pere Margarit suite and our stay couldn’t be comfier or more relaxing. The buffet breakfast is amazing with lots of options of high quality ingredients. Dinner in Drac Restaurant is also great. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Lika from the reception and Arnau in F&B. We will definitely come back soon!

Very disappointed. Our room was a "garden room" in the Dali building. Garden consisted of shrubs and trees which blocked any view. Most definitely not what is described on website. Room had an overwhelming musty odor and it seemed like we were in a basement. First clue should have been the humidifiers in the hallway. I think the room had been cleaned before arrival but can't be sure as there was not a single towel on the room and there was some paper trash in the garbage.Bed had been made. Speaking of bed, uncomfortable and had nothing but a thin sheet cover. Restaurant was OK but nothing to write home about. Don't understand the great reviews. Maybe they stayed in a better part of the property. Hotel could be so much more but won't give it a second chance. Glad it was only one night.

Perfect in every respect… Beautiful, setting, and wonderful service. The food was great and I highly recommend it.... the area is beautiful with other great restaurants nearby. The room we had was perfect and very comfortable… I strongly suggest you visit .

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location but a little understaffed during our stay, especially on the Friday night. Check in and reception were excellent.
Some of the outside areas including balconies needed a good clean but by and large we enjoyed a lovely stay!

First of all, the view from the hotel was spectacular and the a**osphere was enjoyable. However, I did not feel like a 4 star hotel when is came to servicing our room. We had to ask several times for body wash and shampoo replacement as the one in the room was empty when we arrived and the phone never worked which made us walk all the way to the front desk which was inconvenient. The shower button wasn’t working correctly but they finally sent someone to fix it. Did not receive our bottle of champagne on the second day as promised by the front desk. At that we gave up and was just counting the hours until our departure. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. Again, the hotel and location is beautiful but It’s too bad our experience wasn’t.
