Staff was very friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely more of an older crowd but we didn’t mind it. Breakfast Buffett was delicious.

Beautiful location right on the beach. On the other side of the island from Palma so you definitely need a car, but the parking is a nigh**are! We found that to be true on the entire island. The food was the usual European buffet options. The nightly shows were fun! The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property has undergone a full referbishment and looks great .Glad to see that the poor air conditioning has been replaced and is now very comfotable in the really hot nights

The staff, and food were good. The rooms and room furniture are outdated. And the coup de Grace was the Air Condition that was almost non-existent. It was very bad that you would sweat in your room. When we asked the staff at the reception, they said that it is not going to get cooler. We had originally booked 3 nights, but left after the second night since it was unbearable. The hotel declined to offer any credit or compensation for the unused night. Very disappointing.
