Prenotato, pagato e confermato con LastMinute - 390e per 3 notti in appartamento (con email a supporto), chiamo la sera prima per accordarmi sull'orario di arrivo (con bimbo di 3 anni e compagna incinta) e mi dicono frettolosamente che non è presente alcuna prenotazione e chiudono la telefonata. Da lì non rispondono più al cellulare e non si fanno più sentire. Non c'è reception, non hanno mail e non esiste un sito di riferimento.
