The hotel was fully booked, so they decided to stick all the singles of our group into the ‘annex’. Up a ramp and a staircase you reach your ‘room’. The ‘shower’ is 52x52 cms so you can’t even lift an arm. It’s stinky and moldy as well. The sink had not been cleaned. The mattress was so hard that I put my back out by sitting on it. The floor would have been softer to sleep on. Pillows were filed with weird lumpy foam balls. A waiter told us that these rooms were used to put up seasonal workers and had never been intended for tourists. Location is nice. Breakfast was the usual standard in Sicily. Evening meals were poor- food served cold, tiny portions, bad quality ingredients and very badly prepared. Do they actually have a cook?

Good 4stars hotel.
Clean, great location, private beach with sun beds and umbrellas.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Free parking ( but one day all the cars received tickets - it was the hotel responsibility to prevent that).
Breakfast was OK, but the same food every day ( too boring as for 6-days stay)

The hotel is located just a few steps from the beach. The rooms are very clean, with a beutiful view at the sea. The breakfasts and dinners were served right at the beach. Such a nice experience! The food was also very tasty. The hotel staff was amazing! They were so nice and helpful - we wanted to rent a car and they provided it all for us. They also gave us a really good tips for the trips. I would definitely recommend it to all! Perfect for summer vacation.

Hotel vista mare sulla spiaggia si Sant'Alessio Siculo, posizione tranquilla, la ferrovia sul retro dell'hotel non disturba minimamente la notte perché non ci sono treni. Stanze pulite e confortevoli, personale molto gentile e disponibile. La vista del mare all'alba è semplicemente impagabile.

Riconfermo 5 stelle. Servizio impeccabile, pulizia della camera ineccepibile. Alla reception si respira professionalità e gentilezza, un plauso a Martina per la celerità con cui ha gestito un piccolo inconveniente verificatosi, dimostrando capacità di gestione e rispetto del cliente. Vista mare da togliere il fiato. Colazione internazionale variegata, dal salato, al dolce, alla frutta fresca, così da soddisfare le esigenze di diverse tipologie di clienti. Per non parlare del servizio spiaggia, i ragazzi eccezionali, lido all'altezza della struttura, pranzo ottimo!!!! Lo consiglierei sicuramente!!!!

Condivido l'opinione di chi sostiene che non è da ritenersi un albergo a 4 stelle. La camera standard ha i materassi matrimoniali ancora con le molle e separati. Il bagno ristrutturato con gradino ma i sanitari sono rimasti fissati a prima che il pavimento fosse alzato. Quando alla reception ho esternato le mie perplessità mi è stato risposto che se avessi voluto un materasso con memory foam non separato e con un bagno decente avrei dovuto scegliere la camera superior.
