If you don’t drive, it’s very inconvenient to get to hotel and there’s basically nothing nearby. I have never stay in any 5 star hotel that only offer complimentary bottle water on the first day, and there’s no supermarket nearby within 5min walk. There’s no phone in the room, so you couldn’t call room service to get water. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

El restaurante es de excelente calidad, tanto para cenas como para desayunos.
La ubicación del hotel es única, sobre acantilado.
Estimó algo elevado el precio por noche, porque el hotel , aunque está bien mantenido, no presenta una decoración excepcional

Great view of the sea at breakfast. I was expecting more for a 5 star hotel. When we checked in, the staff was rude. They did not provide any information about the breakfast or shuttle. I had to ask about it. Good thing I knew to ask about it or else I would have never known. We also did not get the room we had reserved and paid for in advance. It is a 15 minute walk from the center of town which is ok to do in the day not at night. The shuttle only runs from 9:10am-6:55pm.

Wonderful staff. Amazing views. 20 minute walk to city center. No amenities. Great location for day trips to Amalfi & Capri. Breakfast was diverse and open until 10:30 am!

Front desk was excellent, especially Amundo. He went above and beyond to make our trip most memorable. Hotel was exceptional. I particularly love the lounge bar when Ivan the bartender made amazing cocktails.

This is my favorite property to stay at worldwide. It's not overly fancy or fussy, but the staff is lovely and the views are out of this world. It's a very comfortable property in stunning Sorrento. This was my 3rd stay.

This hotel is in many ways wonderful with a fantastic sea view over the Bay of Napoli, a sumptuous breakfast with excellent service and a wonderful garden on the property. The Gio Ponti styling is cool although perhaps becoming a bit dated after 60 years. What could easily be improved in this 5 star property are the lacklustre free internet service and the absence of daily free water bottles (provided only on day 01). The 20 minute walk to the Sorrento Centre, where all the shopping and most restaurants are, is not easily fixed and may discourage some from booking, as taxi’s in Sorrento are really overpriced. Having said that, As seniors, we would go back for future visits, as long as we can readily make the walk to town!
