We have discovered a true gem. The stay was nothing short of perfect from beginning to end. From the warm welcome from Mary, the beautiful room to the best breakfasts ever. I am a hotel manager myself and there is absolutely nothing I can fault. The attention to detail was unbelievable. We have found our new favorite spot. Thank you so much for everything. See you soon. Very kind housekeeper. Would definitely recommend the place. It is surely a nice place. Met a long-term tenant (Mike) who was extremely helpful. Enjoyed the quiet and green. Very good place! Room 6 will always be my target!

Highly recommend the accommodation at No 5 on Franschoek, beautiful, clean and equipped accommodation with consistent friendly service. Ideal for long business trips that require self catering/ bed & breakfast and laundry services. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Nicki and Mary.

No doubt this is definitely one of the best guest houses in Sandton .I loved the beautiful garden and fish pond that was right next to my room.My stay there was awesome especially with the lovely service from the ever smiling Housekeeper Mary.

Thanks to Nicki, Mary and the team for the great stay. Most important, the bed is excellent, and this is always the most important aspect to me. The room is spacious and comfortable. The garden is the cherry on the top and to be able to step out of the hussle and bussle of Jhb into this tranquil, quiet and close to nature venue is great.

What an amazing stay at this most tranquil place. Our room was by a serene Koi pond. Rooms are big, well equipped for self catering, and so clean. Great great place, secure and central location in Jhb. Service was so so friendly.

Beautiful and clean, accomodating and friendly staff. Great location, safe neighborhood. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Currently on a long term stay. Great features, kitchenette, flat screen TV, WiFi even during loadshedding.

No. 5 franschoek is a home away from home. The room was spotless with quality bedding, crockery in a beautiful manicured garden. It's like an oasis in the bustling city. Mary had been an excellent hostess. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
