除了位置好，其他一無是處。設施老舊，服務人員素質不行，不敲門隨意刷房卡進入房間。衞生間也很差，不推薦

Excellent location for Sandton City and walkable distance to Gautrain.
Hotel staff are very pleasant and all areas very clean. Unfortunately the hotel is tired and the aircon in the bedroom very loud despite maintenance efforts (twice) to fix it. Breakfast very good and plenty of variety but service slow. Minor issues which would not prohibit me from staying again.

The property was good, but the booking experience was poor, I had to pay an extra charge to relocate from the towers, which are different from the Sandton Sun Hotel that I expected as per my booking.

This hotel is aspiring to be upscale, and does so with it's service, but the actual facility is practically falling apart. The hotel room door would not lock, the drain in the shower was clogged, we only intermittently got hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean.

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Clean, comfortable room that contained everything we needed. Beautiful view over the swimming pool with a gym that we could visit even late at night. Rooms were serviced by well-trained staff.
