酒店位於伊古爾多山上，聖塞巴斯蒂安著名的貝殼海灘和城市全景盡收眼底。春天的海風比較大，但是擋不住風景美麗。

Room is clean. At check in, staff is not flexible about room selection and just saying it is full. Full mean full occupancy but does not mean room choice and view must be still considerable in early check in around 5pm

酒店服務態度超級惡劣，特別前台服務員，完全沒有作為酒店服務人員的專業素質，客人帶着孩子，不但刻意刁難，還損壞護照，一副高高在上的樣子，完全沒有道歉。我們要叫警察她將我們趕出酒店。酒店處在一個山頭，晚上什麼也沒有，非常危險⚠️。出行這麼多年，第一次遇到如此傲慢**至極的酒店！

這是我最喜歡的一家酒店 不止一次入住了 各方面非常好 那海景簡直就是人間仙境 服務也都很不錯 因為不會西班牙語 酒店前台可以幫助推薦並預訂餐廳 非常棒的入住體驗

premièrement impossible de trouver l hôtel puisque l’adresse indiquée sur la réservation est inaccessible pour cause de travaux. la personne de l’accueil qui nous a répondu au téléphone a été très désagréable pour nous indiquer le vrai chemin. Arrivés à l accueil, la réceptionniste a été très désagréable sur de nombreux points. Pour le reste à part la vue magnifique. ça ne vaut certainement pas un 4 étoiles.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. It’s not the newest interior but still so charming and the view is absolutely stunning. We had a great view from our balcony where we spent new years eve to watch the fireworks over the city. The staff was very friendly and made us all comfortable. There is a New Year’s party in the hotel that costs 185€ per person, so we decided not to go even though I‘m sure the view would have been amazing. Die to the party the restaurant, bar and room service weren‘t available in the evening. But they told us right at the check-in so we could prepare and buy snacks and drinks for ourselves. We got glasses and everything from the bar and hat the coziest new year in our hotel room. We had a great stay!

Mercure San Sebastian Monte Igueldo has the best views of the town of San Sebastián imaginable. The staff was attentive to our needs and provided impeccable service.

Er is een overpad probleem. Vlak voor het hotel staat er een agressieve vrouw die je alleen na betaling van tol wil doorlaten. Geen leuke aankomst.

Emplacement magnifique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Vue incroyable. Hôtel qui commence à être vieillot. Le seul petit bémol : isolation phonique nulle, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres autour.

Beautiful view from the hotel. Hotel is a little dated and the electrical system is tricky. Our devices didn’t charge all night because we didn’t have the right switch on that controls all the outlets and lights. Also, you might want to bring your own hairdryer as you basically have to straddle the toilet to use it with its short cord and it keeps shutting off when it gets hot.
