Abba Apartments Playa de Gros San Sebastian

A clean and comfortable apar**ent a short walk from the Playa de Gros and about a mile walk to the Old Town. It is great to stay in a non-tourist neighborhood with small cafes and groceries nearby. The only thing to be aware of is the front staff is only on site in the morning and late afternoon.

I liked how quiet it was inside, soundproof rooms worked perfectly! The condo was clean and comfortable, it had everything I needed, including toiletries. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great - about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Grocery stores and bus stops are also nearby. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything is good, friendly staff, clean, etc., but advertising was not truthful. Was advertised as a one-bedroom suite. Well, it is not a bedroom if it does not have a door, and it did not. Also, when booked, it was "pay at the property", but then I got an email demanding payment in advance.

We have rented two rooms for one week in July 2023. Both apar**ents were very nice and spacious enough. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower very nice, the hairdryer of good quality. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need (even a dishwasher, iron, drying racket for clothes). Great holiday home feeling! Definitely a 3-4 star experience. The city and the beach are in walking distance, so are numerous restaurants, bars, super markets, etc. And San Sebastian is a great city, for sure worth a return. Also very handy is the washing machine and dryer in the basement (4 Euro). What I would improve: 1. The idea of self cleaning the apar**ent is ok (the receptionist explained it clearly), but there is no groom available to wipe away the sand when coming from the beach, no cloth to clean the bathroom. So you either need to bring your own basic cleaning equipment for vacation or go and buy stuff. 2. We enjoyed having a toaster, but power outlets are on weird places (see pic). 3. We did not realize that parking facilities are super limited and did not reserve a spot in advance, so we ended up parking in a park house which was very expensive (Txofre, which is close by). 4. The apar**ent was clean, but not the balcony (bread crumbs and stains of coffee on the table), I would include the balcony to the cleaning routine.

Très bel hôtel a proximité de la plage (500m) et du centre ville (1.5km) Les appartements sont neufs et très bien équipés. Seul bémol le parking qui est très cher mais comme nous y étions en hors saison nous avons trouvé facilement pour nous garer autour.

Parfait! En famille pour une nuit. Bel hôtel appartement propre, tout est disponible sur place, café thé bouteille d'eau de bienvenue. C'est calme à 15mn à pieds du centre historique. Allez y sans crainte . La réceptionniste est très pro. Le prix standard du coin.

Appart'hôtel très très bien situé à quelques pas de la plage de Zurriola, quartier de gros Extérieur moche mais appartements vastes et très confortables. Climatisation, espace, une VRAIE salle de bains... Les +: dog friendly, excellente isolation Les -: vraiment très cher car pas de services type petit déjeuner...
