Nadie me dijo cómo registrarme, el ascensor no pudo detectar la tarjeta de acceso y no hubo orientación. No puedo encontrar a nadie para ayudar. El ambiente y las instalaciones son buenas, pero no son una buena experiencia. 没人告诉我应该如何办理入住，电梯无法感应到门卡，也没有指引。我找不到人帮助。环境和设施都不错，就是这些没得到良好体验。

Beds need to be a little better, they were a little small and too soft. The breakfast were amazing, the people extremely friendly. Very convenient in location and parking.

Top of the line quality Hotel, I love all the amenities and the breakfast is delicious and has all the tipical Salvadorean food plus anything else you want to eat for breakfast, great variety. I will definitely recommend this hotel as the best in San Salvador.

Wow! Way beyond our expectations. We are traveling from the US and hotels 3x the cost of this hotel do not compare. The location, dining options, pool, best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel and the kind staff are a stunner for the price. Big Ups to Orbitz for the VIP status here, best Orbitz VIP I have ever had. Free drink at Strikers to start, free breakfast for 2 and access to 10th floor lounge for 3 free drinks A DAY PER PERSON and snacks. I’ll be the poster boy for Orbitz VIP after this. Come on now! This city and hotel are a little secret, get here before the Karen’s show up, this is great!

The doormen explained everything about the hotel when he took my bags to the room He was the best.
Superb customer service from start to finish. The room and was view outstanding. Amenities outstanding. Very good selection of food.The VIP lounge was a plus, great selection of food and closed late. Gym was fantastic. Check out 1pm which was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
