The location of the hotel was excellent, near two major shopping areas. The hotel was clean however the pillows were very thick and hard making it difficult to sleep well. Otherwise the facilities and the breakfast was decent.

Horrible service. Horrible breakfast. I felt like I was under surveillance all the time. Not even one single chair outside the hotel to set on.

El Hotel está al lado del Centro Comercial Gran Vía, así que excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y cine a un pasito del hotel caminando. También cerca de la autopista al aeropuerto. El desayuno es bastante completo, y si t vuelo sale demasiado temprano te preparan un desayuno para llevar y te lo entregan al hacer el check-out.
