The villa's cozy charm and great location were overshadowed by billing issues and poor customer service. We were unexpectedly overcharged by $30 due to a currency conversion discrepancy, they gave me a quote in USD but proceeded to charge me in Quetzales. Brenda, the manager, responded to our concerns unprofessionally in a threatening tone. Additionally, the check-out process was overly meticulous, with a thorough count of every utensil before returning our deposit. This lack of transparency and hospitality has dissuaded us from returning. Caution advised for potential guests.
