Everything was very nice unfortunately the only thing that I wasn’t happy with was at the first gift shop they have by entrance , the lady charged us in dollars for our purchases instead of charging us in pesos , this ended up as a huge over charge for us . But regardless if this , we enjoyed their breakfast buffet and there rooms . Staff in kitchen were excellent and so helpful and nice , staff in reception area were so sweet and welcoming .Valet parking was great as well so helpful and friendly.

We spent 2 days of tranquility in Real de Minas , it was calm , comfortable, their open buffet in the morning was delectable

Amazing stay. Staff was friendly, room clean, see you in September. Buffet breakfast, close to a lot of small restaurants, easy walk to El Centro, and bus stop close by.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, they didn’t have room ready told us to go back in 20min. Didn’t get our room till around 3:35pm. The room had a weird smell.

Walking distance to downtown the Real is a fairly big hotel for San Miguel standards with a nice swimming pool and a Gym (under renovation). Full breakfast buffet and amicable service !

Didn’t like that you could hear people talking a lot next door or outside room. Didn’t like that shower would go cold out of no where, shower drain would not drain properly would be standing in water. TV was way too small for size of room.
