I felt the room was a bit too small and it looked like it had not been cleaned. The next day I found a scorpion in the bathroom after coming back from doing some errands in town. The manager however did take care of disposing of the scorpion.

The person at the reception acts like if she owns the world. Poor customer service, rude and the worst ever attitude.
La persona en la recepción es muy mal educada, actúa como que todo mundo le debe algo y lo peor de todo, no le interesa ofrecer un buen servicio. El peor servicio al cliente que jamás hasta visto en un hotel.

I like the staff Mr Jose the supervisor was super helpful and some of the staff was good, the room needed, fridge, phone to communicate with the receptionist, overall the the stay was convenient

It was safe. You park your car inside the courtyard area and there is an armed guard 24/7. It is simple, but clean. The pool is small, but very pretty, partly in the shade and very well maintained. The free breakfast is buffet style and is FANTASTIC! Lots of selections, real cooked food, fresh juice, fresh fruit. No hot water, but not too bad. I know of no hotel that has hot water...lol.
