It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money.
The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did.

We have been in Hotel Cimone as a group of 29 friends from different countries. The hotel is located in a really good part of SAN Martino. It has a great view of nature. All of the workers here are so nice, cheerful and professional. Thanks to all crew 🙏

The Excelsior and its location takes your breath away in every corner. Incredible facilities and amenities. The dinning service does not match the hotel. Either understaffed or poor timing. Waiters were rushed to take your order, predicting before you actually ordered. Plates arrived at very different timing (my wife ended up waiting a long time for her dish). Seems you have to raise your hand to often to get some water or another glass of wine.

Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Cimone è stato ottimo nonostante la struttura richieda qualche miglioramento. Desidero sottolineare la straordinaria esperienza culinaria che abbiamo vissuto. Un sentito ringraziamento al talentuoso cuoco e al personale di cucina per averci compiaciuto con piatti deliziosi. L'ambiente pulito e accogliente, unito alla squisita gastronomia, ha reso il nostro weekend indimenticabile. Un grazie speciale a tutto lo staff, a partire dal Direttore Gaetano Grivello e al metre , per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole soddisfacendo tutte le nostre richieste. Arrivederci a presto!

Vacanza fantastica tra amici, con la giusta dose di relax e tanto divertimento. Emozionante location con vista mozzafiato, ottima cucina e personale da 10eLode. Ci hanno accolti calorosamente e coccolati durante questi giorni con tanta attenzione, simpatia e cortesia. Grazie anche al servizio di animazione, professionale e tanto coinvolgente, non volevamo piu andare via!! Bravissimi tutti!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!! A presto ragazzi!!

Pessimo, gestito male da persone evidentemente non del mestiere. Cibo scarso e di qualità mediocre, il personale inesperto e per la quasi totalità non parlavano e nemmeno comprendevano Italiano, la pseudo direzione incapace di frenare i gruppi di liceali scalmanati che hanno disturbato pesantemente tutte le notti. L' unica nota positiva era la presenza di Peppino che ha cercato di accontentare i clienti nonostante i rifornimenti erano inesistenti, noi come tutti gli altri clienti abbiamo dovuto sopperire facendo la spesa al supermercato in autonomia.VOTO 2

Mi sono trovato molto bene, forse da migliorare il cibo. Buon riscaldamento, cosa fondamentale e camere piccole ma accoglienti e spaziose. Servizio molto buono e premuroso. La struttura è ben curata e ci sono diversi servizi ottimi. Tornerò
