Nice clean hotel and very quiet. We were given free ice and a plate for our food. We stayed in a room with two beds that felt more like futons than mattresses. Unfortunately they didn’t have much back support and I didnt sleep well. Also, we could not program the air conditioner.

En general bien pero hacia mucho fruo y la calefacción no funcionaba, solo nos prestaron un par de cobijas.

Pésima atención de la chica del turno de la tarde del dia 3 de diciembre,querríamos vee el fútbol en la habitación se le preguntó y nos dijo que averiguariA la manera de poder verlo,nos aburrimos y le volvió a marcar y nunca nos contesto, bajamos y ahí estaba ella viendo el partido y con el cl en la mano, se le volvió a preguntar y dijo q en las habitaciones no se podia. Ver. Igual se le pregunte del aire acondicionado y dijo q para que lo quiero si es aire frío, todo esto siempre con el cl en la mano.
De los demas no tengo ninguna queja

La cama incómoda y 1 sola almohada. El baño sin cortesías, el contenedor de jabón vacío. Mucho ruido y la camarera entró 3 veces a querer hacer la limpieza. Así o más corridos.

Pesimo el servicio. No hicieron el aseo en la habitacion, al hacer la observacion 39 min despues (ya era de noche cuando lelgue) me piden cambiarme de habitacion, si ya estando yo acostada. Sin jabon en despachador de la regadera y no como no me indicaron que el auto iba en el estacionamiento de atras el guardia x poco no me deja estacionar al frente. Cero recomendable
