The hotel is fine for a quick layover between flight and cruise but I still won’t stay here again. Why? Well, the fire exit door squeaked all night sounding like a baby screaming, the clerk upon check in was rude, the shower floor was filthy, there are no vending machines and ice is only available on the 4th floor, the hotel is located in a wind tunnel, and nothing is close by unless you want to eat at the Caribe Hilton (why not just stay there is I have to go there for everything?).
i wish i had read more reviews before i booled..

Nice customer service! And housekeeper cleaned our room every day :) no pool and I don’t think it’s the best location. Also doesn’t have parking but there is one closer for 20$ X night

Check in was very easy and the attendant was accommodating. When we got to our room, it had an odor to it that was not appealing. The bedding seemed clean , but the room did not. When my husband stepped into the shower after walking barefoot in the room, his feet were black with dirt. I had a brand new pair of slippers that had never been worn, and the bottoms of those were black. Filthy. Check out seemed easy, but slow, as there was only one attendant and several,people checking out.

We stood at the property with a large group of family members and we had a great time. Everything was accessible and for the location, and area, the price was affordable. Lots of things to do nearby and a little more further, too. Uber is a great option transportation and eating (only around Old San Juan, San Juan and Metro).

Great location if you love nature as the beach is nearby with lots of wildlife. Short walk to the city area with shops and restaurnats as well as a bus stop to go to Old San Juan or the Airport

BEAUTIFUL location. Rooms was so spacious and well appointed, does need some updating/small repairs and probably a deep cleaning. Main bed was a bit too firm for our taste, we slept on the Murphy bed after first night. First floor entrance is a security desk and the elevator, front desk is on second floor. Breakfast is definitely a continental breakfast, but fruit was so fresh and delicious every morning. Easily walkable to many restaurants, bars and stores.
