Inn at the Mission San Juan Capistrano, Autograph Collection

We stayed at this hotel for a couple’s weekend getaway even though we live only 15 minutes away. One thing to know is that the rooms are much smaller than other Marriott autograph collection properties. We chose a deluxe king room with balcony which literally points toward the parking lot and with night time freeway noise. If you are expecting to come to a resort with a comfortable and large room this is not the property you are looking for. On the positive side, the staff and guest services people are all top notch and the property very clean and tidy. The area couldn’t be better as you are within walking distance of excellent restaurants and activities. Just beware of the room size you choose!

My GF and I spent New Year’s at this hotel and it was just as we expected gorgeous very welcoming room very clean and breathtaking food was amazing staff very friendly and respectful we will be coming again soon 10/10

First time staying here and it was exquisite. Will come back for all future visits to San Juan.

Outstanding service in a gorgeous setting reflecting the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Beautifully appointed, immaculate rooms, and very comfortable beds. We dined at Ysidora Restaurant . Food & service were top notch. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to return. Great location for walking to explore the area. It was a lovely treat.

This is a lovely hotel, but guest services could be better. First, there is a $35 resort fee which is redeemable against food. I was not aware of this so was forced to pay the resort fee without getting the full benefits. 2. There is a spa on site but as a hotel guest, we are unable to use the facilities unless we book a spa service. The reason I stay at a nice hotel with nice facilities is because I think I will be allowed access. So to be refused, particularly as I was staying 6 nights, was quite frustrating. Overall, nice hotel but there are no perks.

Beautiful property in a great location! Stayed here the night of our daughter's wedding. Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous hotel, staff a wonderful and rooms are pristine. Great location and walkable to many shops and restaurants!

The hotel is nearly brand new with very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is right next to the Mission with amazing views of the surrounding area.
