We booked a one-bedroom unit, but unfortunately, it was the size of their studio deluxe room with a partition added to create the bedroom. The air conditioning was outdated and inadequate, as it struggled to cool the living room despite assurances otherwise. However, since we stayed during the weekdays, the support was very responsive. Despite the heat, we still enjoyed our stay.

This place is my favorite place to stay in. Been here several times. The place was clean and peaceful.

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. สปาธรรมดา พวกเขาต้องปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ของลูกค้า ห้องนวดเย็นเกินไปและไม่มีทางที่จะปรับอุณหภูมิ ไม่มีเตียงอุ่น ต้องขอผ้าเช็ดตัวเพิ่มเพื่อให้ร่างกายอบอุ่น ไม่มีกลิ่นเหมือนสปา มีกลิ่นอับเล็กน้อย นักบำบัดก็ดีมาก ห้องพักได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างดีและกว้างขวางมาก มีห้องครัวในห้องชุด 2 ห้องนอน อ่างอาบน้ำสูงเกินไปสำหรับคนตัวเตี้ยและอาจทำให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ มีเครื่องซักผ้าและอบผ้าแบบคอมโบที่ซักผ้าได้เฉพาะเสื้อผ้าเท่านั้นและทำให้เสื้อผ้าเปียก เครื่องอบผ้าไม่มีประสิทธิภาพและเราเช็คเอาท์โดยที่เสื้อผ้ายังเปียกอยู่ พนักงาน 3 คนมาที่ห้องและพยายามแก้ปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะของพวกเขาคือซักผ้าอีกครั้งเพื่อกระตุ้นรอบการอบแห้ง ไม่เคยได้ผล เสียเวลาและพลังงานไปเปล่าๆ เครื่องอบผ้าควรจะทำให้เสื้อผ้าแห้ง จบ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย เห็นแมลงสาบตัวเล็กๆ เดินไปมาในบริเวณซูชิ 😲 บริเวณนี้การจราจรค่อนข้างติดขัด ถนน Kalayaan อาจพลุกพล่านมาก ควรเผื่อเวลาและบอกทางให้คนขับ Grab อย่างชัดเจนหากคุณต้องการนัดหมายตรงเวลา โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่าเงิน!

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเพราะอยู่ใกล้สถานประกอบการมากมาย โรงแรมก็ดีเช่นกัน บนชั้นดาดฟ้า ยิม และพื้นที่ทํางาน แต่ปัญหาคือสระว่ายน้ํา มันสกปรกและมีสาหร่ายมากมาย ฉันแจ้งพนักงานแล้ว แต่ใช้เวลา 1 วันก่อนที่พวกเขาจะปิด ปัญหาเช่นกันคือเมื่อปิด พวกเขาไม่ได้ทําความสะอาด พวกเขาเพียงแค่ปิดมัน แขกจะเพลิดเพลินได้อย่างไรถ้าเป็นกรณีนี้?

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。
