Had an AC room on 3rd floor. It was only $2 more than no AC. Not sure why so many bad reviews for this. Yeah, stairs. I was in CR for two months and never even saw an elevator. Why complain? Place was clean, employees were helpful, breakfast was good (get a ticket from the front desk), so close to the bus to Nicoya peninsula. Good deal.

Hotel is average, no windows to see outside. They made makeshift windows close to the ceiling for ventilation. Wouldn’t really recommend. But we chose this place because of its proximity to the airport and the town.

The staff very nice and proactive. Not expensive. The issue of no A/C it’s something to consider, noise from outside the rooms and very small parking. But very well located for people in transit

The room provided was very small. Booked deluxe double which should not be smallest.Toilet was smelling. No elevator. They provided the room on the 2nd floor even when rooms were vacant on the grounor even 1st floor. Carrying the luggage to the 2nd floor .. bathroom and bedroom very small.
Even when I had booked for 2 days with breakfast and reached around 10 next day. They did not courtesy to provide a bottle of water in the room.

No parking, park your own risk finding in the getto street , no air conditioning in the room. 1 towel provided for even for 2 bedrooms with 4 adults.
People were drinking and talking loud by the window by the room 101. After complaining, people left in hours.
