I came to San Jose for 6 days and the Sportsmen's Lodge fills any Man's needs. The Staff is amazing !! I will come back soon !!!

The stay was great except for couple of things:
The shower head was simply terrible and the water adjustment was unpredictable as it would get hot with a slight turn. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low.

Of all the hotels I have traveled, this hotel will rank at the very bottom. Terrible experience dealing with the management. Made a reservation for a Sunday night. I called to explain the family pet of 13 years was accidentally killed on the road and asked to simply move my reservation out 2 days. Knowing this information, the hotel refused to make any sort of accomodation whatsoever. Its their “policy” not to make any adjustment because I called “too late” just after learning our family pet just got killed. The arrogance and rudeness of these people is disgusting. “Too bad your dog is dead, we are keeping your money and will not make any adjustments.”

Bartender charged drinks from other people on my tab then I asked them to remove it and they told me to get the money from the other person that they charged it from on my room.. Horrible experience would never stay there again.
