Staff was friendly and professional as soon as you walk in. Very informative and accommodating. I will only book with Aloft in the future. Great hotel.

Our Room was leaking from the storm. We mentioned it to hotel staff and they offered to change our room. We proceeded to try 3 additional rooms all of which were severely leaking water onto the desk attached under the window. Room was cold and wet smelling for the trip. Hotel property and ******* refused to help with a refund for these circumstances. We used over 15 towels to keep the water under control.

No internet for stay. Impossible to do business. I am from overseas so using my phone data was my only option. Train horn was absolutely ridiculous for me and my colleagues.

They have good soap that doesn’t dry your skin out. The bed sheets were clean and fresh and no stains or bugs on mattress.

The Wi-Fi was down our entire stay, couldn’t work due to it. Overall the hotel was great, can’t complain.

There were NO washing or drying machines available to the guests. This made things difficult as I had to take time from my vacation to go find a laundromat and wash clothes.

The pool was out of service but the receptionist still told me it was open. Talk about being sent on a wild goose chase

We where in santa clara for a cheer comp. I feel that your hotel is a great value. Which is what I look for when we are in Comp season.
